So, Day Two,
Day two went pretty much like day one. Let's not mix hairs here, everyday at a comicon is pretty much the same as the one before just with different panels and throw in a different cosplayer or two.
We went to the con at about 10, not wanting to be there for the crush of the crowd. I'm kinda over the "gotta be first" thing, I'll get there when I get there.
Today I originally thought about getting some interviews for the podcast, but I decided against it. I just wasn't feeling it. Maybe I'll get one or two tomorow.
Our first goal for today was an autograph or two. And I got my wish, Booker T's line wasn't long, so we got in and got the autograph without spending a lot of time. The only other two people I would consider getting an autograph from had lines that were two long.
The next thing on the list was to join the guys and gal over at Pop Goes the Culture podcast network for the podcasting panel. Pretty good attendance at the panel, got the catch up with a longtime friend after the panel. He has designs on starting one of his own and I told him I would be happy to help.
We then spent the rest of the day walking around, we attended the panel for Booker T and then headed back to the hotel....and got a little extra walking in when the KC Streetcar decided to not stop at our stop and instead head for the last stop. Err. Time for Rum and Coke and Domino's Pizza. The perfect way to end a day walking nearly 15000 steps.
